Most Medicare plans out there that are available on the market today include some sort of program that provides free gym memberships.
The one that people hear about the most in Southern California is called Silver Sneakers. With that program, you have access to all sorts of gyms in the area and there is no cap on how many memberships you can have. That means you’ll have access to Yoga at 24 Hour Fitness, Cycling class at LA Fitness and Pilates at the Y. There are nearly 14,000 participating locations nationwide!
Many people are not aware that they have this benefit already included in their Medicare plan!
